Summation IT works on the complete life cycle of the project to deliver best of result meets or exceeds customers’ expectation. To manage the level of complexity in the software development projects we follow AGILE Methodology, which allows us to do rapid changes in the development cycle. This framework makes us to interact with clients throughout the development process. Because of this customer can be in direct contact with the team for comprehensive documents and can respond to changes quickly.
Our Approach
- Need analysis: The team works with client to understand and define their needs. We create detailed functional documents on Planning, Cost benefit, Feasibility study, Scope of work agreed by both the parties.
- Design:We transform the collected need analysis details to complete define sprint cycles with focuses on the delivery of the project.
- Development:We start development on the basis of sprint.
- Testing: It will go through the approval of Quality assurance team to prepare a Test Analysis Report. If the Quality report is not satisfactory a new sprint is planned with the same above steps.
- Deployment:After the completion of Sprints We do the deployment based on Clients’ Process.
- Support and Maintenance: We take care of the support and maintenance of the system in the production environment and we go through the process of post deployment or in process reviews to avoid unnecessary issues.
